For Screen Enclosures 1001 – 1999 Sq.Ft. White or Antique Bronze color. Roof: Mansard, Gable, Half Mansard, Stacked Gable No fascia repair included. Must have existing drip edge. Will be set back 1-3″ from edge depending on paver or concrete so towards middle of Footer.

Two 36″ screen doors are included. These screen doors have latches at 54″ so you do not need alarms on these doors!

To calculate square footage, you must do Wall length times wall height on all walls, then length and width of deck to calculate roof square footage. Add all the numbers together to get the total square footage.

Price includes permit and engineering.
