We form the concrete Sidewalk and Patio, wait the mandatory two weeks for the concrete to cure and off gas, concrete grind and patch any large bellies we find, then texture the deck with either knock down or go heavy orange peel for maximum grip / trip resistance. Then two coats of Acryla Deck 100% Acrylic paint is applied.
We charge by the Square Feet of deck plus additional charge for Cantilever (if applicable around pool) of $300
Price per Square Feet.
Engineering, Permit, and Footers not included.
Hairline cracks in concrete of less than 1/4″ thick, or standing water of more then 1/4″ after 24 hours not covered under warranty. 1 year Warranty is only for labor, there may be additional material charges to repair any warranty item.
